I am new to the tractor community and recently purchased a Hinomoto E2004.
I am trying to understand the relationship of the clutch to the PTO. I will try to explain.
When the tractor is stopped, I press the clutch in, put it in gear and put the PTO in a gear. upon Releasing the clutch, the tractor moves and the PTO moves, however after I am moving, if I press the clutch in again, the tractor will not stop until the PTO stops. This is very noticeable when you have a piece of equipment on it like a rotary cutter.
The momentum of the cutter actually drives the tractor forward until it all comes to a stop.
Is this correct???
