Hey- I have 14 acres in SE Washington, all old pasture- overgrown with weeds, thistle and foxtail (but mowed by a neighbor last spring and recently sprayed). We've built a home and plan on putting in a lawn soon. The pasture has a number of hills- some too steep for a traditional tractor (our neighbor has rolled a tractor on the property before we purchased it). I would like to bush hog the pasture and eventually overseed to reclaim it and would like to finish mow the acre of lawn. Will also have some misc landscaping projects (trees to plant, some dirt to move, snow removal, some minor driveway maintenence). I've been looking at JD but think the PT might be very helpful for the hills and could probably handle everything else. My concern is purchasing sight unseen- is there anyone around either Washington or Oregon that might have one I could check out?
