Ok, I have attached a photo of a small area I am clearing where I'm going to put a carport. After I get the stump out, I want to put some rock down and level it a bit. What is the proper attachment for this? As of now all I have for my tractor besides the FEL are a grapple and bush hog mower. Thank you

You should be able to do most of it with that. Maybe a back blade or roller.

The FEL bucket should work fine. Partially fill with dirt for extra weight, then backdrag with tractor in reverse.
With bucket "chin" all the way down you can shave and pull dirt.
With bucket lip/edge touching and chin slightly above dirt you can feather to achieve smoothness.
This takes practice but it will not take long in the small area you desire to smooth.
Smooth the dirt BEFORE laying gravel.
Surely you have not been seeking a heavy Box Blade for this tiny job?

Few extra thoughts.
>> Stumps rot below ground over time, so you want to make sure you get it ALL.
>> Disturbed ground settles over time, so you want it well packed. Level it, pack it. Wet it, let it settle, fill it again, pack it again.
>> I use a walk behind tiller to cut surface ground loose before I rake, drag and/or roll it. Breaks up any hard spots and loosens any rock or debris for removal.

Use you're bucket, back drag with the heel and do the same with the flat part of the bucket to smooth it out and make level..
thank you! No not just for this job. I wanted to use it here, but I only plan on buying one box blade and one to get one I'm happy with for a long time

Depending on how flat you want it to remain, it might also be worth taking off any layers of organic-rich soil as it (like the stump) will eventually decompose and create an uneven surface.
Generally not a huge issue if the surface is just going to be rock, but if you're planning to eventually top it with concrete or asphalt it might be worth looking at how road beds are built up in layers.
