Procedure change request for the ads forum

Can the person who is approving the ad in the Private Party Ads forum post a reply to the ad or somehow to bump it to the top and let you know (if you are subscribed) that it was approved?

I have seen several times that ads are silently approved, but unless you look back 2-3 days to when it was submitted for approval, there is no way to know that it was approved as the posting date on the ad is the date the ad was posted, not the date it was approved.
