The announcer has a **LOT** more faith in the hydraulics than I would. I'd be standing back 50-100 feet, not right below it.

There would be such a pucker in the seat, you'd have to beat it out with a two by four.
Thanks for the link. Well worth watching.

Truly representative of a very skilled operator and well designed piece of equipment. Very responsive controls and a superb structurally well made machine. Although the operator was highly skilled, the video illustrates that he had complete confidence in the capabilities of the equipment. The hydraulic system is awesome and helps to demonstrate that the equipment would definitely be dependable in handling normal everyday tasks and workloads.

Really great stuff.

When you think about it, we all fly in commercial jets, folks go down in submarines, and astronauts blast off into space.

We all trust in similar technological systems all the time, really.

Loved it, JT.

If I ever need a backhoe to climb a tall steel tower in my backyard I'll certainly consider a Liebherr. It's no surprise the Germans almost conquered the world if this is their idea of a spectator event.

The video was probably made to help make the Public aware of the capabilities of the Company's equipment and possibly aid in an increase in their Sales Department.

Yeah, their early version of carnival bumper cars used panzers. Was quite popular until the saftey police were formed.
