Pricing my XR4145H

I have an XR4145H I am going to be listing for sale. It has 53.5 hours on it.

We are moving to a small piece of property and will no longer need the tractor.. I hate to see it go because it is an awesome tractor but it has to go. So now I need help pricing it for sale.

LS 2015 XR4145H 53.5 hours
Third Function Valve
Blue Diamond Medium Duty Grapple Bucket
6' Medium Duty Kodiak Rotary Cutter
6' Heavy Duty Kodiak Box Blade
Older adjustable forks
6' Standard Bucket

Tractor is in great shape and all the attachments are next to new except for the forks but they still work fine.

Any ideas on what to price it at? I would like a quick sale but I don't want to lose my shirt either....

You check tractor house for similar models for sale? With 53 hours on it I'm guessing it's very recent model? If so I think you'll lose a good bit on it for fast sale. Why would someone buy your's instead of new unless a lot lower price than new. If LS is doing 0% on new that'll hurt your ability to sell also.

I would try calling a couple dealers. They might give you an idea of what they would list it for if they put it on their lot.

I bet it has some scratches, and it's probably dirty in places too... And 50 hours isn't new... I think you should ask about $18k for everything... Yup, that sounds about right to me...

I was quoted $24k for a 4046 w/FEL last week. LS is currently offering 0%, or free FEL. The loader is the better deal, so yours used isn't that bad off. And it comes with some nice attachments... Start a little higher than you want, and lower your price if needed...??

And I'm going to be in the market for an XR4145 pretty soon, so keep me posted on your asking price once you think you know what it is.

If a guess is what you want, I'd guess you're going to lose about 25% off what you paid.
IMO I'd sell the attachments separately to get the most.
I would talk to a local dealer to see if they'll sell it on commission for you. They'll also tell you you're going to lose your shirt being 1 year old with 53 hours. CL is another option but may be hard for a prospective buyer to get financing on used. A dealer may be able to sell it for you as a demo model.
