Price Check Pricing: Kubota L3130

Does anyone have any input on this particular tractor? It is priced with a 723 FEL at 16,900.

I bought an HST L3130 w/723 FEL for the following last Fall:

Retail prices:
L3130 HST w/R4's: $17,536
LA723 loader w/square bucket: $4,695

I paid:
L3130: $14,900
LA723: $3,950

So my total for tractor+FEL was $18,850..

I have the exact same set up. With AG tires and shuttle shift. I paid $16400. At the time I was told that was an outstanding price, so I think you are doing good. Mine came from F.B. McAfoos in Benton IL.

Last October I bought the exact same setup, except I had R1 tires loaded with anti-freeze and tractor delivered, for $18,125. The dealer wanted $600 more for the R4 tires, so our prices were almost the same. There were several posts on TBN last Spring with people who claimed they got the L3130hst with R4 for around $17,000. So, it probably depends on your area and your bargaining skills. Mine aren't particularly good.

Might add that the L3130 is a hoss. Easily digging out and carrying a heaping bucket up the hill. There's a dubious thread on TBN about it being underpowered, but for its size it does what is supposed to do. Bush-hogged some tall hay and brush all week and didn't have any troubles either.
