Price on M4900??

I am looking at a 01 or 02 2wd w a 1002 fel. Hour meter does not work but in great condition and guy says can't have over 200-300 hrs. I also have a friend who verifies the low hours. Don't think he has changed fluids in a year or so.. It has dual remotes on the back and also the shuttle but I think u have to clutch.

What do yall think it's worth near Georgia?? I think he is thinking about 12k$.

id say that tractor is worth $10,000 or $12,000 prolly below 12 because its 2wd drive an 11yrs old.

I keep looking online to compare prices but really only find a few on tractorhouse and they are at dealers and seem high. Similar tractor is looking at 14-15k on there and don't think it's worth that. Anyone else got any opinions on it?? Thanks
