Price on kubota L3750 HDT w/ FEL and hoe

I am new to this site and tractors in general so any help would be greatly appreciated. I am looking at buying a 1991 L3750 HDT ( i have no idea what that stands for). I was told the motor has 3300 on it, all hoses are fine and there are no leaks. The front tires are new and the back are around 80%. This tractor has a FEL (just learned what that means!) and a backhoe. What is a fair price over here in Oregon and what are some of the things i need to look for when shopping for used equip?

Hi - and welcome to TBN - the HDT tells that has Hydraulic Shuttle, and Dual Traction (4 wheel drive). There have been a few posts here on TBN about the L3750 and its close siblings, the L3350 and L4150. If you do some searches here you will find a lot to read, including what things to look for. Here's an example from this forum posted yesterday As a quick summary, the L3750 is a very rugged long-lasting tractor with about 36 hp at the pto and 45 gross engine hp - but 3300 hours is like 165000 mi on a car - some are still good, others are not.

Production of the L3750 started in 1984 and I would have guessed they were all sold by 1988 or so - best to post the serial number and see if one of the dealers here will verify its original sale date.

After 3300 hours, it's value depends completely on what kind of life it has had - if very well maintained it could be fine. But it's possible it is getting tired. Best to look at all aspects of its performance closely before making an offer. If you are new to tractors, hiring a tractor mechanic to look at it with you may be a very worthwhile expense.
