Price Check price on bx2230

buying a 2230 real soon (within the next week). Looking for a comparison price. 54" deck

I paid $12,800 for 2230, FEL, 60MMM with 50 service.

Was the best going price here in the midwest.

This spring, a local North Texas dealer offered me the BX2230 with 60" MMM and FEL for $12,696... no haggling, and price was given on my first, and only visit, so he may have come down if I'd gone back with money!

Give careful consideration to the deck. If you don't have to squeeze between things, the 60" may be a better value and let you cut closer to things and so on...

2230 with FEL and MMM for 12,500

Region of the country has something to do with the cost as well as time of the year. If you can fill in your profile some more there may be additional things you can learn from some of the skilled people here in this forum. For ex. you might want a block heater but if you live in Texas you won't. Filling in your profile can give us some idea of your needs.

Also some people may be able to guide you a certain dealer in the area based on experiences. Bashing dealers in particular isn't allowed so you need to use caution how things are written.
