My BIL is looking at a Ford 1710. 27 HP, 4WD. It has a FEL, brushhog, boxblade and post hole digger with at least 1 auger. It has 700 hours on it and the paint and body appear to be in good condition. We are going to go look at it this afternoon. Anyone know what a fair price would be for this setup?

Thanks.

Well... the deal was made. The tractor is really clean with no problems at all. It ended up coming with 2 5' hogs... one a Bushhog and one Sidewinder. All the manuals, extra NH filters, belts, and oils were also included. $7500 was the price. If I needed it... I would have loved to buy it. I'll take pics tommorow and post them.

That's a good deal. I use a 1710 for years and with all that equipment that is a steal.

That is a TREMENDOUS BARGAIN!!! I paid much more than that for just a 1720 with a nice box blade. You did great!!!

i have a 1710 without half that stuff and now i am jealous. 700 hours is nothing.

Ok... turns out it is actually a 1715 which is much newer. I didn't really pay attention at first... but looking it over again everything except the logo on the side says New Holland instead of Ford. So I checked the serial # and it seems to be a '94 model.... I had been thinking is was mid to late 80's.
