That is a very fair price. You can add the loader anytime. The correct loader for that tractor is an LA 352 and they are still using that loader on the B7610, so it should be available at any dealer. I haven't priced one in a while, but I'm sure someone will chime in on the current price for the loader. I also have a B2410 that I bought in late '03, and it has similar hours. It is a full featured tractor with position control. I've had zero issues with mine, no issues with the model to worry about. If its in good shape, I would grab it before someone else does.

The only substantial upgrade I made to mine was the alternator kit.
I would advise you to check the tightness of the antifreeze drain periodically.
It's a plastic screw-in plug on the left front and mine suddenly fell out last summer. I happened to find it in the lawn, which was a miracle.
Now, there are 3 of them in my parts drawer!!!

I got out bid on two B2410's in the past 8 months. I can't give you a good idea on price as both of mine had the FEL but the last one had FEL and BX2763A blade and mounting hardware with 40hr it went $12,600. Only advice I would look at is if you want a FEL then do a little home work on the cost of adding the FEL and hydraulics.

I just priced an LA 352 loader for my B2400 at the local dealer. It was just under $3200.00. I haven't priced an aftermarket, since i have the front blower, and it appears the loader fram will not interfere with the blower. I assume you might save a couple dollars with a non-Kubota loader, but it probably wouldn't be much.

Back in 2004 I was going to get a B2410 until i went to the kubota dealer and saw the BX23.
I'd went there to get a price on a new B2410 to see how it compared to the $12900 price I had gotten on a real nice low 165 hour used well cared for 2002 B2410 with FEL 60'' mmm and a back blade.
Decided I didn't need that much tractor so the B2410 lost out to a new BX23.
Scout around and see if you can find a decent used FEL for around 1/2 the cost of new.
If I needed a bigger tractor I'd be looking for a B2410.
