Price for BX2200

I am interested in selling my BX2200. It has the 60"mmm and FEL as well as bar and turf tires. It also has less than 80 hours. The turf tires have less than 1 hour on them. What price can I expect to get for this set-up. It is a 2003 model.

I have a 2002 model w/ same equip except only turf tires w/ 385 hrs in very good shape. I talked to my kubota dealer about a price to sell it to a third pary (thinking to trade up) and he said $9500 would be a 'good and fair price'From prices I've seen on the 'net, I think he is probably right.

I live on the Gulf coast.
