What do you all think of this price: Location Far Western KY:

NH TC40DA $17000
16 LA w/72" SSL bucket $4650
3 sets remotes $1280
50 hr service (pickkup & delivery) w/2 welded on bucket hooks $ 350

Total: $23,280

Does that sound reasonable to the rest of you folks?

For my neck of the woods that would be high. I know he is really gouging you on the remotes. They should be $325.00 to $350.00 each. Also most dealers around here when you spend that much money will do drop off and 50 hr service free.

Just my opinion. Let's see what others have to say.

I agree it sounds high. I purchased in June, a TC40da with Industrial tires, 16la loader with 72" hd quick attach bucket, 3 welded hooks, seat armrests, and 3 remotes for $21,950. Keep shopping around, or even check a Case dealer if you'd be happy with a red one.

Just to let you all know New Holland figured out they where selling the rear remotes on these tractors too cheap. Two months ago they went up to 550.00 list each.

NH wouldn't have raised the prices if there wasn't more than a decent demand for the remotes.

Wow! That's what the first one used to cost and then the next two were considerably cheaper. I actually thought he was getting a fair deal on remotes considering installation. I only thought the loader price was about $500 high. Has the loader also gone up that much? That's only about $1000 less than the 32Lx loader. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

I thought the deal was pretty fair, but that there was about $1000 of negotiating room in there on the whole package. I guess I was right, but for a different reason than I was thinking. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif
