Well I sold my L4300 today and I am in the process of buying a M6800SDC with M446 loader 72" bucket, bale spear, and grill guard for $34325. Is that a good deal? He told me the next M6800 he gets will be 1200 more and from what I have read sound about right.

I decided it was a good deal so I sign paper on it today. It will be delivered to my house next Tuesday. Sure is going to be a long five days /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif. I will post some pics of it when it gets here.

That L4300 looked good to me with a round bale of hay on the back and one on the fork.

Were the 2 reverse gears not enough?

Congratulation on your purchase,

I am trying to decide if I should sign the paper for a new L39 delivered in a month so I know the internal turmoil that goes along with it.

I have no complains about the L4300 it is a heck of a tractor but I am going to get into doing some custom bush hogging this summer. Also planning on buying my own haying equipment later on so I figure I would get a tractor that would handle a round baler and still be small enough that I could haul it round easy. That new M sure is going to be nice with A/C. I guess you have a pretty good size truck and trailer to pull that setup around.

I've been waiting since January for my L39 and still have two, maybe three more weeks before delivery!

I got a chevy 2500HD with a Duramax in it and a 20+5 goose neck trail two 7000 lbs axle. I think that M6800 and loader should weight right at 8000 lbs + trailer weight around 5000lbs = 13,000 that really want even kick the chevy out of over drive very often. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
