Price Check PRICE CHECK - TC 40 DA

I know all these price checks get a little tedious after a while. But I'd really appreciate some feedback. Yesterday I saw at a really clean TC 40 DA, 2002, 450 hours, supersteer, 17 LA loader, HST. Dealer was asking 15,500 for it. He said he'd throw in filling of the industrial tires that are in good condition.
Seems like a fair deal?? Any thoughts??
