Price Check on Kubota L4310 with LA681

I found a 4X4 Kubota L4310 with a LA681 loader, rear snow blade, and brush hog. The tractor has 651 hours on it and they are asking $17,900. Does this seam like a good price?

Also can anyone comment on the quality of the Kubota L4310 and if there is anything I know before making such a major investment. I need a machine for plowing a 1/4 mile driveway and general (non-farming) tasks on a 20 acre plot.

Check Used Tractors For Sale at TractorHouse.com: John Deere Tractors, used farm tractors and farm equipment, tractors for sale, Case IH, New Holland, Agco, Kubota for similar...sounds like a fair price,low hours for the year.Is it HST or gear?I have had two Kubotas...have like mine.

We've had an L4610 - a bit more hp, stronger loader and front axle, but otherwise the same as an L4310 - for 10 years now. It has been hardworking and dead solid reliable at 1,000 hours. Never been out of service, never been to the dealer for repair, the only non-maintenance work it has ever needed was one air sensor that went bad. L4310 should be a great chore tractor for the tasks you describe. Pricing is a regional thing, but around here, that price would probably be OK if the tractor were in top condition (assuming it's an HST model) and the implements were also OK.
