Price Check on Kubota B2410

Hello all. I've narrowed my search to a specific tractor I found on Craigslist. I'm looking at a 2005 Kubota 2410 tractor with a LA 352 front end loader, a 60" Land Pride FDR 1660 finish mower. Mower has just under 750 hours, has been stored under a shelter, and looks great. Tires look good; agricultural. HST transmission. 4X4. Power steering. Just had the HST 500 mile service.

Owner is asking $9,950. Located in Central NC.
