Price Check Price Check on 1540 and 1547

After getting disgusted with trying to find a Kioti DK45s anywhere near me. I started looking at MF and I really like these tractors. And I have several dealers that are reasonably close to me, I talked to the one that was closest to me, and they were very personable compared to what I have been used to with the other brand dealers.
Without any haggling this is what they quoted me for the machines

1547, Hydro, Industrial Tires, and 1530 Loader with Skid steer QA bucket - Delivered 70 miles
$26,400

1540, Hydro, Industrial Tires and 1525 Loader with Skid steer QA bucket - Delivered 70 miles
$22,300

I don’t need delivery I have a truck and flat bed so that should knock some off the price..
but what do you think? Are these fair prices? Or are they high?

We're looking at the same tractors. The closest dealer to me is a Massey dealer who just took on Kioti. Had a DK45S in stock so I was comparing. Drove both. He has the DK45S with loader priced at $20995 and the 1540 at $19995.

My impression is 1540 is a lighter machine, 3 cyl turbo, smoother, quieter, I liked the ergonomics(kept wanting to shift the loader control located on the right side fender rather than up on the back of the loader), liked the turning radius, loader bucket seemed larger/deeper, did not have rear remote hydraulics /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif, but like - felt stable to me, liked the wider ROP,

I want to look closer at the 1547 which he didn't have in stock to compare - not sure the price difference between the 40 & 47, but the dealer said it was more comparable to the DK45S size wise and had some features - adjustable links on the TPH that the 45 had.

I really want to do business with this dealer and I like the feel of the Massey unit - just want to make sure the pricing is competitive between the two. I look forward to seeing what others are finding out.

Also, not sure what kind of deals are going on. I think some of the deals expired at the end of June and some new ones have started.
