guy near my lease selling a 1975 John Deere 2030 tractor. 68 HP. FEL and canopy. has 2200 hours.. been housed in a barn. says he replaced all hydraulic hoses 2 years ago.

says it's a package deal and comes with a JD MX6 rotary cutter that's about 5 years old w/ minimal use. said make him an offer. any FMV suggestions will be helpful. tx in advance....

I gave $4200 plus trade on an allis Chalmers 185 with loader. John Deere has a good resale value and your getting a mower. Can't say for sure, but my best guess is anything under 6k is a bargain.

Has or diesel will make a huge difference.

Cutter looks like a nice one too.

Around here, I'd take a guess and say $10-$12k if diesel, $6-$8k if gasser.

But look it (and similar) up on tractor house

MX6 mowers (if they have the made in Spain gear box) are known for breaking the output shaft. Beware.
