Just beginning to look at tractors. Dealer has given me these prices for a Kubota L2800HST:

$17,400 for L2800HST with FEL and canopy and free delivery (about 65 miles).

Or $19,840 with following implements:
Kingcutter 5' bush hog
Kingcutter 5 1/2" disc
Tufline 5' box blade

Is this price good, average, or bad?

Which dealer in the Panhandle did you get your prices from?

That is about $2000 more than I paid three years ago for a similar deal, so that sounds OK.

I think you could do a bit better. I paid 15,500 almost 3 years ago, and I wouldn't pay more than 16,500 for one now, especially with the Bobcat deals going on now.

I purchased the tractor from Sowell's in Panama City. Didn't know about the L2800 rebate at the time so probably could get it for even less. Very satisfied so far.
