Pre 64 Ford 4000 3 point top cover will not lift off. WHY How to GET OFF April 2015

Pre 64 Ford 4000 3 point top cover will not lift off.

All bolts are out except lift Cylinder bolts.

Top cover is loose and movable.

Left side of top cover is hitting something and will not come off.

Right side moves easy, can see right side is free.

Removed Left side inspection Plate, I can not see anything in the way.

it won't lift straight up.. coax it for and aft a bit, try to angle front of it up when slid aft.

UpDate The saftey valve is hitting in the front of the lift Cylinder and a Tube looks to be the High Pressure Hydro oil tube on the right. Can not lift the cover enough to clear the tube which prevents pulling the cover to the rear of the Machine.

Also the Ser # is a 1965 model.

OK.. is it a 4 cyl or 3, somewhat different systems. You id'd it as a 64, and thus 4 cyl, which is the directions I provided for.
