Powershift Transmission Help

My Yanmar 226D powershift transmission clutches seems to be worn out (no starting power in 1st gear). Local JD dealer quoted an estimate of $2500+ for repairs. Ouch. A knowledgeable individual suggested 'Gray Market' for parts but I have no idea how to proceed on it. Is there someone out there with terminal Yanmar with a good trans for sale?? Any suggestions?

If that unit is a domestic model ( most 3# units were.. and 4# units were grey market ).. then a yanmar dealer should be able to get the parts with no problems... try posting this in the yanmar sub.

While yanmar is making it tougher to get parts for grey market models.. their support for domestic models still seems decent.
