power steering pump John Deere 2010 Ind. wheel loader.

Have a 1961?? JD industrial wheel loader. I burned out the power steering pump by towing it. I didnt have the
gear selector in the tow position. I hear the pump is in the trans. Where?? how do I get to it and where can I get parts. This tractor has been in my family for 43yrs and realy want to get it going again. thanks for any help

1st there is no tow position on the trans shifter on a JD 2010. Hyd pump is in the clutch housing not the trans by removing a bottom cover under clutch housing.

Tx Jim. Thanks for the reply. My 2010 industrial is a pre shuttle trans. It is stick shift, it has
Foward-Rev hi-low on left side and on right side has 1-2,3-4,tow,5-6,7-8 gear selections.
Just to be clear you say the pump is up in by clutch? I am just getting started on this and so far am having

Access to hyd pump is though hole in bottom of clutch housing covered by plate(parts Key#16)
