Power steering on 1967 Farmall 706D with 310 motor

when driving the steering to right is normal. steering to left front wheels (trike front end) can almost turn 180 degrees. steering wheel will rotate to left one full circle about every 2 miles. no trouble keeping unit going straight, manually, but have concernss about the continual turning of the steering wheel and the enormus left turn. someone said add mor hy-tran as it would gett air out, another said change the filter. anyone else having this problem with a 706 or 806
