Kubota L3540
Hey! I have a 2007 L3540 that I bought last year. I've changed the oil, kept the gear oil topped off and cleaned the radiator screen(which looked like it had never been done....). But, I'll be darned if I can find the power steering fluid reservoir. Can anyone tell me where it is on this tractor? Thanks!

On most tractors, the power steering uses the transmission/hydraulic fluid. There is the main hydraulic pump for the loader, remotes, 3 pt and backhoe. Then there is a smaller hydraulic pump used for the power steering, charge pump for the HST and on some models to engage/disengage the PTO.

As long as the transmission/hydraulic fluid is on level, it's fine.

All Kubotas i know of & definitely the 40 series use a commn sump. Power steering is just hydraulics. So it makes sense to just use the existing hydraulic fluid & sump.

My early 80’s M5030 had a separate power steering reservoir tank. Newer Kubota B and M models were all part of the hydraulic system.

Messicks offers an easy to use parts lookup tool.
For that tractor you should invest in a manual.
Or you might find a compatible manual online at Kubotabooks
