any ideas what to do next?

non stop use last week end,...suddenly had a loss of power when load on engine, going up hill ,.....noticed the gas tank was running low and we were on and off sloping terrain rocking and rolling....saw the fuel filter dirty,.....my guess is I pulled in some crud from the bottom of the fuel tank into the filter since the tank was low on fuel.....replaced fuel filter and air filter, but it still bogs down when engine is put to a load, like climbing a small hill. LS tech support said it could be a sticking governor,...no idea how to check that,....I can get high rpms, but when the tractor starts going up a grade, engine bogs down and I cannot add rpms, no response to adding throttle under load,...any ideas?

Is the fuel filter before or after the fuel pump ?
Just wondering if there is a strainer on the pump suction side ,or in the tank .
still sounds like fuel starvation to me .

good thought,...I will work back from the filter,...it looks to be down stream from the pump,...so there may be other filters involved

Some fuel pumps have a screen in them. I've had problems with my New Holland getting debris in the fuel line and I have to remove the line and blow it out with my air hose. I put cheap inline fuel filter in my line closer to the tank and change it regularly now, which has pretty much stopped all my fuel and power issues.
