Post Hole Digger for 30+HP PTO Tractor

Well the first thing that I need for my new Mahindra 4035 is going to be a post hole digger - have to set the footings for it's new home!

But I'm a little confused trying to figure out exactly what I should be looking for.

I am going to need to dig 12" holes for the shed footings and for a dock/deck combo that we want to build this summer. And 6" holes for a smaller fencing project. At least that is the extent of my to-do list today!

Tough to figure out on this one what specific features I should be looking for.

Martin, There is a thread on here entitled "Are all post hole augers created equal?" It has some good info. Good luck with the 4035. I don't know how far you are from me but for that small project you may borrow my PHD with weight kit for a couple of weeks if you wish. I only have a 9" auger though. Mike
