Pole barn/garage moveable insulated ceiling

Has anyone seen or heard of some type of interior insulated ceiling that you could lower when you didn't need the full height (aprox. 14-16 feet)? I am in the planning stages of a pole barn or garage and would like to keep it heated but only to the height (aprox 8 feet) that I would ordinarily need. Thanks for any help, Bill C

I have never heard of moveable ceilings but there is a company that makes moveable insulated walls that are similar to very heavy duty curtains.
Not sure how it would be done but it does not seem like it would be a major problem depending on how many square feet you are working with and what you wanted to do in the work space.
My sons would use plastic sheeting when they painted cars and the sheeting lowered the ceiling at least 6 feet or more. This made the working area much warmer so something similar may work.
