Polaris 570 / ETX Vs. John Deere 590

Looking at these two (3) UTV models. The etx is basically the same as the 570 but with a smaller engine and approx $750 less. Will be used for work and play on our 25 acres along with state land trail riding once or twice a year. Anyone have real world feedback on these?

Bought a 570XP Crew this spring. 300 miles so far and love it.
Pros.
Plenty of power and speed.
Handles trailers very well.
Does everything I need to on 48 acres.
Cons.
A little long for the woods.
Have to becareful crossing rocks as its so long it drags bottom easy. It's going to make me fix some ditch crossings.

I have a 2014 570 and it's been awesome! I've really enjoyed it and have never had a single issue whatsoever. I would opt for the 570 over the ETX for not only more power but you also get "turf mode" which unlocks the rear and you can ride on a golf course and not tear up the grass. The pro star engines are very reliable. I don't know much about the new Deere 590 but if it's anything like the 550 I would pass. They're more expensive and nowhere near the power of Polaris and the build quality is poor when comparing the two machines. I wouldn't even look at a Gator unless it was the 825 or 855 honestly.

I have a 2015 550 with a little over 100 hours on it now, it's been perfect on our 35 acres. It was a DEMO so i got a great deal on it, priced a 590 for the injected motor, not the speed & decided i was quite happy with the 550.
The only negative thing i have is the dump bed, it's small, that's when the tractor/FEL comes out. It's probably a regional thing, everyone i talked to said to stay away from the Polaris.

One thing to note on the 570. Get the full size version. I have family with the mid size and at 5' 10" I hit my knees of the door frame getting in and out every times and I feel cramped driving it. This was before I bought mine so I wasn't use to anything. The full size has more driver leg room.
