Plumbing into Kubota M6040 Loader Valve

Since this is my first time upgrading hydraulics, I need some confirmation for the correct plumbing. The lowest connection on the loader valve is the power beyond (I think) which goes back to the top of the rear end which is the 3 pt hitch (I think). One line goes to the side of the tranny to a tee. I hope this is the return as it will be easy to plumb the return of my added valve there. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks J.J . for all your help.

Are you going to plug the stump grinder into the remotes work ports/outlets?

The PB from the hyd block should go to the IN port of the remote valve, and the PB from the remote valve should go to the 3pt input, and the return to a common return line.

If you need to raise and lower the stump grinder, that is the best way.

Is it a 3pt grinder or does it have wheels?

yes, I will plug into the remote ports. It is a 3 pt hitch mount.

You will need the PB sleeve or hex screw to feed the 3pt port.

LV2-W power beyond cartridge kit.

Thanks J.J. Have I identified the ports correctly in my first post? The return is the one with the tee, and the power beyond is the lowest port in first picture. looks like it is marked PW.

The line you ID for pressure could be the right line, but the positive way to tell is to remove the hose going to the 3pt, and place in a clean bucket., then start the engine and if fluid flows out that hose, then it is the PB hose that should go to the remote valve IN port.

The return hose will only have fluid flowing when a cyl or hyd motor is activated.

I believe your new valve relief comes set at 2000 psi, so you need to set it the same as the loader valve relief setting.

Thanks J.J. I will check to make sure about the lines. I see the loader relief is set to 2873 lbs, so I will adjust the new valve.
