please help NH TC55DA transmission or clutch problem

please help. I purchased on friday a NH TC55DA with EHSS. everything on the tractor seems to work fine except when i place the tractor in gear the transmission (hydraulic clutch i assume) is slipping. with the tractor in gear I can hit the brakes stopping the tractor and the engine does not stall, in any gear any range any throttle. tractor is a 2004 with 9XX hours. any ideas. I bought at a dealer and they said that the brake pedal was connected to the clutch electronically and that was supposed to happen, once i got it home i tried to drive up small hill and it wouldn't move. i am going to call the dealer tomorrow but any independent ideas or experience would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked the hydralic oil? And there may be some adjustments for the inching pedal.

Yes the oil is clean and full. Checked the inching pedal for obvious damage or parts attached to it that seemed to not do anything and couldnt see anything that clearly indicated a problem with the pedal but i am only somewhat familiar about how it works. I know the cable attaches to a sort of bypass valve. (i think the operators manual calls it a dump valve) and the cable is moving about a quarter inch and i took the side cover off and the piston on the side of the valve is moving also. The pedal also engages the potentiometer at the same time as the cable.
