PLEASE HELP 3235 Lost all hydraulics

I have a cub 3235 and I reacently had the charge pump off to replace a leaking o-ring and now I don't have any hydraulics (Steering, Lift. forward/reverse)
So far I have tried Replacing The oil Filter (I always use a genuine cub filter and oil). I also tried letting it run and moving the pedals to try and prime it.

Any suggestions

did you mark the pump on witch way it went it will go on either way and did you make sure you didnt drop the little check ball/spring when you were changing the o ring
