Oil & Fuel Pipe Plugs

I have a new 45-40 tractor that I am still trying to figure out what everything is. I found two pipe plugs that I think drain the hydrolics but I am not sure. One is located just below the PTO.





The other is other is up under the tractor by the hydrolic screen.



I was also wondering how you might have gotten them out. I know they are going to be extremely tight and I don't want to break them off.

Any help would be appreciated.

Wack on the end of it a few times with a hammer and heat the plug with a torch, not the iron, tapping at same time. if you can find an 8 point socket that helps.
