I have been playing with the wire feed and the new TC 55. I have added a home built grill guard and a step for the right side ( wonder why it isn't standard ? ). I had to add additional brackets for the tooth bar as the bucket holes were in a higher location. Also new upper rear axle pins ( they match the lowers where the three point arms connect ) . Bought new work lights yesterday and have to plan the mounts and wiring.
The grill guard assembled so easily I made an additional one for my John Deere 4110. Who ever invented the wire feed welder sure had me in mind for ease of use and results way beyond my expectations.

It should be totally aginst the law for any tractor to be that clean. You need to give it to me so I can get it dirty for you.

Is that the HD Bucket on the Loader?

Is the TB Homemade or did you buy a Markam Welding TB? Please Post Pics installed

New Upper Rear Axle Pins ???? What are you going to use those for???

Please show Pics of the Work Light installed and the Wiring plans, are you planning on using and Existing NH Light Switch, or running a new Swicth ?

I built a tooth bar with the fab co teeth and mounts. I test fit it and stuck it in the back of the shop in the event I need the big boy for snow removal. I will get a few pics of it this week.
Didn't you read the by laws ? New tractors are allowed to be shined and waxed for the first month of ownership. After the grace period the mud will attach. ( another must purchase, a high pressure cleaner )
Just bought a couple pair of high intensity lamps with swival mounts and replacable bulbs. Not sure on switching options yet. Have to study the mounting positions and make brackets.
I specified the HD 6' bucket and there was no charge. I assumed it was standard equipment. I had a snug fit on the 45 but this bucket has a 1/16" play so it slides on easily. ( thinner cutting edge? )
The upper axle holes looked vacant.... so I filled them. The back hoe mount will be attached at this location also. Are you aware NH gets $60. for these two pins and the adjacent locking bolts ?
I also have to research if there is such a thing as stainless mesh screen that I can attach to the grill guard and hope to find a scrap piece that size. I spent more time with the step mount than the grill guard. Small attaching area didn't help.
