Pic Request - 4x20 Cab w/EH 4th & 5th SCV's

Been thinking about a few things, and I'm in need of a pic of how a 2011 4x20 Cab machine looks out back with the new EH 4th & 5th Valves...I've scoured the countryside hitting every dealer around...no pics....About the only thing I've been able to see is the 3rd SCV Setup...
Anybody have ANY pics of it? Cant even find any over at Deere's site...
