I know there have been discussions of this before. The issue seems to be that standard post hole diggers are too long to fit on the BX22 [or 2200] without some modification. Does anyone know of a reasonable phd that will work on my BX22 without having to modify it?
The Woods 1120 is designed specifically for this size machine and there may be a few others at this point. It's only real downside is being limited to 30" depth. PHD's with adjustable arm positions can often be used with these shorter machines as long as the adjustment will allow you to raise the tool up higher for ground clearance.
While we are on the subject of PHD's, I remember seeing one that offered down pressure, but I was not clear how that was accomplished. Can someone shed some light on this for me?? The brand was Danuser.... thanks
