Perkins 3 cylinder diesel

Just bought a Terramite tractor with a Perkins 3 cylinder diesel engine.
Engine ID is KE70461U.
I went ahead and did a major maintenance on engine. Changed oil, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter.
Had a little trouble getting it started but opened up the line at the injectors and engine finally started.
Problem I have is engine appears to be only running on 2 cylinders.
When I crack line on cylinder 1 and 2, closest to front of tractor. I get a high pressure spray out of the line and
engine will stall if I leave line open.
When I crack number 3, I get air bubbles and diesel fuel but no pressure.
I've bleed no. 3 until I had about 1/2 gallon of fuel on ground.
Still getting air and no pressure. I tried high engine rpms, low rpms. I bleed air out of all lines leading to pump.
I changed the transfer pump from tank to engine and no change.
Engine starts right up but doesn't have much power.
When I first bought tractor it appeared to be running on 3 cylinders and had plenty of power. Only put about 1 hour since bought tractor.
Engine shows about 1288 hours.
Need help or suggestions.

Runs rough at low rpms but hard to notice at higher rpms but definitely lack of power.
When I bought it and brought home I used it a little and appeared to have plenty of power and run better.
I pushed over a 4 inch tree and dug a hole.
Today with it running at high rpms it wants to stall.
Actually did stall going up a hill.

I would pull the injectors and then reattach them so you can crank it and watch the injector spray. Now swap the bad injector with a good one and crank it again. If it still doesn’t inject properly you need to have the injection pump repaired.

Thanks for reply.
Problem is I'm not getting enough pressure on third line to even make the injector spray.
All I get out is liquid flow with no pressure.
When I crack open #1 and #2 at injector I get spray out of point it connects to injector.
When I crack #3 all I get is liquid flow with no pressure.
When I open and close #3 every time I get air bubbles, must have opened/closed 100 times.
Somehow I still have air in system but I've run it almost an hour and still getting little tiny air bubbles when I crack #3.
If I can't figure out this weekend I need to take to local dealer.

Just a suggestion, but any mechanic who has worked on Massey-Ferguson farm tractors will be very familiar with that engine. M-F used the Perkins in their farm tractors for decades.

Did you try breaking the injector line loose at the pump end? Also, disconnect the fuel supply line coming in to the injector pump and make sure that you're getting a good fuel supply to the pump. IIRC, the Perkins uses a mechanical lift pump to supply fuel to the injector pump. It's possible that the lift pump is just not putting out enough flow, and #3 is the port that's starving.

The injection pump sounds like the problem, looks like the pump needs to come off for evaluation/repair.

Went out yesterday, started engine and ran on all 3 cylinders.
Went out today, started right up, backed it about 100 feet out of barn and stalled.
Will not start, turns over.
Cracked fuel lines and all have air bubbles.
Removed line from fuel pump to injector pump and have good flow and pressure.
Tried it again and will not start.
Now, how do you more a hydrostatic drive tractor to put on trailer?
tractor on hill and won't move.

I have a Tackmaster 32 hp It is 3 cyl. I am wondering what the firing order of this is? Also wondering if anyone knows where I might find parts for the engine?

I have been using starting fluid. mine won`t go on a normal start .
