I have a century 2535, about 4mo. out of warranty of course. Last fall I changed the oil and filter. two or three times since i had ti retighten filter.
finally last week i got mad and really crancked it down, started the engine, got off and walked around to ck for leaks, oil was pouring all over the place. It had blown the seal on the oil filter. I got and installed a new filter [$13.00 ripoff] Hand tightened as per directions, filled with oil started engine, same thing, blew the filter seal. any sugestions. Dealer says possible sticky relief valve, If so any idea on repair cost or if it could be a do it yourself project.
Thanks for ideas or sugestions
