OK I have the Pats quick change for my 4940C It went on very easily as a matter of fact I pulled my tractor around to the front porch while I was grilling steaks and put it on while I was watching the steaks. I did not even burn the meat that is how easy it was to put these on. I only had one problem and It is pretty minor I am going to call pats monday and see what they can do to help with it. It comes with some shims that go between the lift arm and the pats quick change adapter. The thinnest one that they sent with mine was still a bit too thick. The instructions say that you want the pats quick change to be parrallel with the lift arm when I put the thinnest one in then it has a bit of a slope to it. That is such a minor problem I could problably take some washers and make it work perfectly. If Pats does not have a thinner one that is what I will do. I have not gotten a chance to really play with it yet. I hooked it up to my box blade which took about 1 min or so to hook up. I like that i can just pull up to the implement lower the arms below the implement. Adjust the shackles holding the arms so that they are right below the lift pins and then just get in the tractor and lift up on the arms and I am done. A lot better than the old method.
