Pat\'s Easy Change System

Is anyone using this device on a JD 4310? I am interested in buying one but I am not sure it will fit on my 3 pt hitch draft arms. Information on Pat's web site states "Requires approximately 4" of straight arm". My tractor does not meet this requirement. The draft arms angle in almost immediately. I emailed Pat's and the reply was that it would work but I am still somewhat skeptical. Can anyone confirm this?

Re: Pat\'s Easy Change System

I think you'll really like Pat's system, especially if you have a rotary cutter.

The only thing you may have to do is replace a PTO shaft. This would depend upon the original sawing of the shaft.
Pat's system adds about 4" to the length of the lower links. If the inner and out sections of the implement PTO shaft have enough overlap...no problem.

Just something to watch for when you use implements with Pat's Easy Change.

I have Pat's and love it. Can't believe I used to try and get along without, drove me crazy lining up the implements.
