Muhammad has the red banner reading "reset your password using the password reset tool" But I had to log in first of course, so when you can't login, request your password at the link highlighted in the blue when your login attempt fails. TBN will email you a new password. Log in with that new password (mine was all numeric and auto generated) and then you can change your password back to what it was. I stumbled around for about 5 minutes and I'm not usually technically challanged. You aren't alone if that message stumped you for a bit.
