I have an '05, 2305. While using the bucket to smash/crunch junk into a dumpster this weekend, I ended up breaking the front headlight glass. Just the middle part, but need the entire lens. After sitting there staring / swearing at my dumba$$ move, to add insult, the darned thing wouldn't start. I've been having a few battery issues this past year, kept it on a trickel charger this winter, but now it finally won't take a charge and will only start with a jump. I guess not too bad consideringn I got 6 years of use out of it.
Anyway, can anyone recommend an on-line parts store to purchase a new lens and somewhere to get a battery. I probably will have to buy the battery locally, so can anyone tell me a universal battery that will fit (Walmart/Pep Boys, etc.)?? Is there a size or part # that I can use to find one? I'm guessing that a John Deere brand battery will be way more expensive, as will the lens if bought thru JD.
