With Wallace out of the game, what other Kioti friendly company goes above and beyond to help their customers and provide the best service, support, and parts prices?

I did just order a valve from ABCGROFF and they were great. Any other suggestions on who rises above the rest?

I bought my tractor, CK35 HST with loader and backhoe a couple of years ago from Superior Tractor in Oregon. I have had 2 minor issues with tractor and 1 with the Woods backhoe. All got looked after promptly. If you notice I live in British Columbia, Canada.
Tony and his wife Kim have, in my opinion, been outstanding. :thumbsup: Once a c clip gave way on the Woods backhoe, called Tony around 5:30 PM on a Saturday and left a message. He returned my call Sunday morning to discuss the problem. Monday morning he called to say Woods was sending me direct a new swing cylinder. It came Friday and had a local tractor mechanic put it in that afternoon. Six days and it was fixed and paid for thru warranty. Now that to me is outstanding service given, as I said earlier, we are in different countries.

Uhhhhh....... Wallace is out of 'the game'? I just (last week) got a filter pack from them ..... what did they do? Stop supplying Kioti parts online .... ?

Off Duty Ranch is my dealer in Mid North Indiana. Lyle and Pat Woods are the owners and has been a Kioti Dealer for quite some time. He is a 5 Paw dealer and it is where the Pink Kioti came from. It has done a lot in our area for raisng funds for cancer research. :thumbsup:

They have the largest and nicest dislay at the local county fairs. They are very supportive of the community.

He is in a very competetive area and does very well. It is heavy agricultural and has 4 New Holland dealers, 3 Deere dealers, 2 Case IH dealers,2 Kubota dealers and 1 Massey (was 2 Massey) within 15 to 45 minutes from his dealership. Agco dealer went out a couple of years ago.

I got my CK30 HST from a dealer in Southern Oregon called Runaway. They are in Grants Pass and have a website. I am not sure what the other dealers do but Runaway gave me a complete set of filters for the first service when I bought it. They delivered the tractor free. I have called them a few times with questions and they have always talked to me at length to answer the questions.
Last week I had an injector pump failure. The dealer came and got the tractor. About an hour drive each way. It is still in warranty. I had a slight oil leak and they are fixing that as well and making sure there are no other warranty items. All in all, I have been pretty happy. They sent me a postcard at one year celebrating the one year birthday of the tractor with a coupon for a free air filter.
