Parker hydraulic pump oil change kit

The maintenance section for our Cub Cadet 560 KW S with the 12cc Parker HTJ pumps, Cub Cadet calls for 20w50 synthetic motor oil (Castrol). I did some research and found that Parker sells a two pump change kit for the HTE/HTJ pumps P/N: SK000444. The kit includes one gallon of T-1000 Parker synthetic hydraulic fluid, 2 filters (looks like gas filters to me) and 4 magnetic plugs (2 for each pump). I called the Parker tech line and confirmed that this kit was the right kit and that Parker considered the T-1000 fluid a 1,000 hour change interval fluid. I called the Cub Cadet tech line and they confirmed that the Parker wheel pumps come direct from Parker as a part number and are pre-filled with fluid - which Parker previously stated was their T-1000 fluid. I called the local Cub Cadet dealer and found that the PH-411154 filters were $44 each and the PH-036023-006 magnetic plugs were $40 each plus the approximately 4 quarts of the 20w50 or the Cub Cadet branded synthetic hydraulic fluid (which per the dealer was another option). If you can find a Parker authorized distributor (which I did) the price of the kit was less than $100. I would never consider a 1,000 hour fluid change interval on the Parker wheel pumps and will be changing our fluid and filters at 200 hours and every 200 hours after that which I figure is about 3 years use. I'm buying a Parker kit now to have on hand.
