Parker 3000 O-rings

I am working on a machine that has a bunch of Parker 3000 quick couplers. These are an older screw-on type. Any ideas on where to find a spec for the o-ring that is inside the female coupler? Found the 3000 series on Parker website but no specs there. Also, are they any good tricks for getting those o-rings out???

Then just Google the appropriate #... lots of options should come up.
