Do you mean engine overhaul? If you find out the engine model and manufacturer name such as Isuzu or Mitsubishi you have more options than just Iseki suppliers. Most likely it is an Isuzu engine. You could try Isuzu parts importers in Cebu or Manila.
I also saw a company in Thailand that exports Iseki parts. There may be exporters in Japan also.
