k9roccy,
I have a TN70D, with the 16x16 trans, MFWD, 32LA loader with quick attach, ag tires. This machine is a manual shuttle. The D denotes Cab and AC. It is even prewired for a radio, but that has not been a priority.
Can't say enough good things about this tractor. Virtually no problems at all other than a belt noise when it was new. Turned out to be excess paint on a pully; easy fix. Dealer drove all the way out to my place, quite a trip, fixed it for free no questions asked. Also did labour on the first service for free at my place, again a long drive.
I use it for hay production; running cutter, rake and baler, as well as moving bales. But it works well for clearing land and cutting fence rows, moving gravel or dirt, and grading roads, etc...
The neat thing about the 32LA quick attach is its bobcat compatible. My set of forks and hay spike where purchased from a Bobcat dealer not NH. Takes about 2-3 min to swap loader attachments maybe a little longer to line it up if its a very heavy attachment. Just lift two levers.
The TN is plenty of horse power for me. Some days I think it would be better to have a TL100 but it would be over kill, I can do it all with this machine.
If you get a 4wd TN stuck you are quite talented. I have used it to rescue a 4wd F250. Pulling a heavy dump trailer or fert buggy in soft ground is no problem. Will pull a full 4x5 baler up down and across 15 degree slopes even while baling up heavy hay windrows.
If I had to do again I would buy a TN.
I would not get the supersteer not necessary for me at least. I would get the three remotes, and while your at it the 75 model does not cost much more than any of the others and it gives you a higher hydraulic flow rate. I also don't see the need for the MSL. But thats just me your needs may be different. The only reason I got the 70 rather than the 75 was it was on the lot and a good deal.
