. We also raise male asparagus

For equipment we have a:
2000 GMC 1 ton dump truck, hauling turkey litter, white sand from the mines and saw dust for beds and garden, black dirt for garden and beds rock for driveways
Kubota BX-2670 tractor w/loader mowing deck, and a 4' tiller New tractor has 3 hrs on it now. Traded in the old kubota...
18' flat bed trailer for hauling tractor, hay and straw.
Gas powered cultivator 16" for weed control
4 shovels, 5 rakes, 3 hoes,1 pick, 1 axe, 6' pry bar,
3-pt center plow for digging potatoes and sweet potatoes.
hand plow for making nice straight rows for planting seeds,
3-point Spreader for fertilizer, hand spreader, 1- 330 gallon rain tank,
and about 4 acres of grass to mow every week.
I was raised on a small farm in Iowa and my wife was raised by a truck farmer. we live about 50' from our garden and trees. I have been doing everything from inventing things and have patents and we both love to travel. I was an orphan in the start of my life and was adopted, my wife was a daughter of a very nice man and she became a Orphan hunter to try and catch one to get married to. well it was something like that, she can tell a better story than I can.
We are both retired and I retired when I was 52 and I'm proud to say I will be 65 in a few months and my wife still won't tell me for sure how old she is but she never heard of "howdy doody" ? Hmmm.
We have family in Florida so we go there for our fruits and some plants and sun tan to cover our farmers tan......later and God Bless.
