I have an opportunity to buy a Kubota B7500 HST 4WD Year 2003 with only 60 hours on it. It is 21 HP tractor to mow 8 acres. Comes w/ LA272 FEL, FL1021RC Kubota Rototiller, E1133 Sunshade Canopy and Modern 9" Post Hole digger.
Sounds like a great tractor for my needs, but what would be a fair price for it?

You do not list a mower for mowing the 8 acres. Tractor new, with attachments you list would have sold for about $12000.
Tractor with 60" mower would take a few hours to cut 8 acres.

I would buy the finishing mower seperatlely. It does not come with one. Thought 21 HP might be a little too small for 8 acres but figure it could handle a 60" mower. With only 60 hours I feel this is like a brand new tractor.

You are right about 60 hours, is low. Not broke in yet.
I would think 8 acres would take about 4 hours with a 60" finish mower.
I would low ball the price first. To find out where sellers is on his price. Some TBNer's have gotten amazing deals on used tractors.

Just to give you an idea, I sold a 2001 B7500 HSD that had 135 hours on it with a LA302 FEL, 60" MMM, 48" BB, 5' rear blade and loaded tires for $12,500 in Michigan in June of this year. The second guy who looked at it bought it. It was immaculate since it was garage kept. After he bought it, I had about 10 more calls on it before the ad was up. Might have been able to get a little more but I was happy with it. Since the cost of shipping was so high, I sold and bought a B7510 HSD with a LA302 FEL and a 54" BB delivered with tax for just a litle bit more than what I sold the B7500 for. Didn't need the MMM here in Arizona. Found out the MMM by itself wasn't worth much used in Michigan.

I still can't figure out why for just a little more, someone would opt for the LA272 instead of the LA302.

Hope this helps.

I mowed 7.85 acres one time with my 1966 8.25 HP Bolens with 38 inch wide mower deck.
Forget how long it took that was 30 years ago.

I cut about 6 acres with trees and obstacles in about 5 hours. 60 inch MMM.

I have a B7500 HST w/ 60" BellyMower and 4' shredder. With the BM I cut 2 acres in about 1.5 hours and dodging rocks in the hill country of south Texas. Unless you are using larger implements, it is great machine. I have 120 hrs now and just now starting to run good.
